Positive Work Environment
Positive Work Environment: The Skyline work environment is designed to give employees the opportunity to grow, contribute, and participate, free from discrimination.

Financial Planning
Retirement: A 401(k) plan is now available to Skyline employees. Skyline matches the first 4% dollar for dollar. Employees do not have a waiting period before they are eligible to initiate 401(k) contributions.

Tuition Assistance
After 1 year with the company, employees may claim reimbursement for “out-of-pocket” tuition costs for job-related or accredited degree training up to one-thousand ($1,000) per year or a total reimbursement not to exceed five-thousand ($5,000) per employee for life.

Employee Referral Program
Great employees are often the best way to find other great employees, so we pay for referrals. Employees can earn up to $500 for referring friends who are hired for Skyline positions. There is no limit to how many times an employee can collect a referral bonus!
