John Labash – Vice President, TAA Program Manager
John has managed the 60 TAAs since September 2005. John graduated Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration and later received a Masters of Arts Degree in Health Facilities Management at Webster’s College. He received his Air Force commission through Duquesne’s AFROTC program and was a Distinguished Military Graduate. He was selected as a Medical Service Corps Officer and served his country for 30 years. He was an Administrator of three Medical Treatment Facilities which included an Air Force/Veterans Affairs Joint Venture. John’s diverse experience also included staff officer positions in Post Graduate Medical Education programs, Clinical Investigations, Quality Assurance, and Health Promotion. Upon completion of his military service as a disabled Veteran, he served as the Administrator for Kaiser Permanente’s largest multi-specialty clinic for the state of Maryland. John has been married for 41 years, and has two children and five grandchildren.
