Keith Daniel – Chief Operations Officer
Keith joined the Texas Army National Guard in1975 and was commissioned in 1977. He has served as assistant operations/training officer and operations officer at battalion, brigade and state level. Keith has experience in personnel, logistics, training and operations, personnel management, mission development, and budget management. Over his career, Keith has been assigned to several staff positions and has been the staff primary in the completion of several missions and assignments. In 2000 he was assigned to the Adjutant General’s Department where he served as the Assistant Deputy Chief/Deputy Chief of Personnel for the Texas Army National Guard. He spent the last 6 months of his duty at Ft. Hood, Texas as the Personnel Officer for 5th Army TAC during the deployment of a brigade to Kosovo and the De-Mobilization of a Combat Brigade from Iraq. In 2006, Keith retired with 22 years active duty, 9 years Civil Service, (31 years total) with the rank of Colonel.
