Joel Rhoades – Chief Executive Officer Joel Rhoades founded Skyline Ultd Inc. in 2001 after more than a 30-year military career. He retired with twenty three years of active duty service in the Army National Guard including a tour with the 1st Armored Division in Germany. He was later stationed in Austin, Texas with the 49th Armored Division G3 of the Texas Army National Guard as a Plans and Operations Officer and served four years in that assignment. He was then assigned to the National Guard Bureau and spent 10 years in the Washington D.C. area in various assignments. Joel finished his military career as the Chief Information Officer. His success is derived from many years of operational leadership and management experience in the military as well as the private sector, including 10+ years in the commercial finance and banking. His experience includes management of major commercial and civilian government contracts. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Oklahoma and has completed professional development programs at the National Defense University and numerous military schools to include graduation from the Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. |
