Tom Do – Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Tom Do, Vice President, has been involved for many years with Skyline's most successful projects from inception to delivery and completion. Tom manages all aspects of Business Development, Capture Management, and Account Management. Tom has been an integral part of Skyline’s success to date and looks forward to helping Skyline grow into Large Business status. Tom is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, and received his M.S. in Information Systems from George Mason University, and his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
