Emergency Management Planning Services IDIQ The USACE, when mission assigned by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is tasked with disaster Debris Management, one of the most expensive components of disaster recovery. Skyline is the contractor supporting USACE activities in support of FEMA to develop a more accurate method(s) of estimating volumetric quantities of disaster-generated debris. FEMA typically provides debris management funding assistance to public applicants. Because of the high costs associated with debris management, and new statutory requirements for timely payment, it is necessary to have more accurate quantity estimates such that the correct amount of grant or funding may be determined. Existing models and estimating techniques provide only rough orders of magnitude for debris volumetric estimates. Temporary Services BPA Skyline fulfills temporary staffing requirements classified under GSA Schedule Title 736—Temporary Administrative and Professional Staffing Services (TAPS) and Consolidated Schedule (MOBIS, LOGWORLD and IT-70) for the USACE Memphis, Mississippi Valley Division. Other districts covered are Vicksburg, St. Paul, Rock Island, St. Louis, Memphis, New Orleans, and Engineer Research and Development Center. BPA ceiling is $5M over the 5-year period of the Agreement. |
